But it is may be a debatable issue that, which one is far smart and advanced. After analysing so many features of this two phones it is proved that finally iPhone 5s is advanced as it is advanced voice action, color customization, camera focusing, locked screen notification and so more features. Let’s look on these two phones.

Operating System

For any kind of phone it is known by everyone that operating system is a key fact. On this aspect, iPhone 5S has Apple iOS 7 whereas Moto X using Google Android 4.2.2 “Jelly Bean”. If you compare both of this both of has individual advantageous unique feature. But iOS 7 is undoubtedly an advanced technology with more swiftness and allowing wide range of applications.

Display

iPhone 5S has 4-inch diagonal touch-enabled display and it is capable of 1136-by-640-pixel resolution at 326 ppi. What about Moto X? Let’s see. It has 4.7-inch diagonal (little bigger than iPhone 5s!!!) touch-enabled display which is capable of 1280-by-720-pixel resolution at 316 ppi. Now it’s your choice what you prefer? Display size or pixel resolution. Most importantly both screen are apparently same in size though difference is so small but iPhone 5s has 326 ppi in resolution overall.

Camera Focusing

For primary camera (Back Camera) focusing is a key fact whereas sometimes megapixels can’t establish a radical importance. iPhone 5S has 8 megapixels and f/2.2 aperture with LED flash. Most importantly iPhone is built in special focusing technology which helps you to take photo easily with special care and pointing. Digital image stabilization, backside illumination sensor, five-element lens, and 3X zoom are the other features of iPhone 5s. While Moto X has 10 megapixels camera and f/2.4 aperture. Yes, it is good, we know! Moto X has nice camera quality but is it built on focusing technology? No, that’s why it may be said that Moto X is behind than iPhone 5s. If focusing is not accurate 12 megapixels camera cannot provide smooth picture which can be done by 7 megapixels camera, if it is built in camera focusing technology. LED flash with Digital image stabilization and 4X zoom are others feature of Moto X.

Video

iPhone 5S has records at up to 1080p (Full HD, 1920-by-1080-pixel resolution) at 60 frames per second and 3X video zoom. It supports H.264, MPEG-4, M-JPEG, as well as “Face Time” video calling with similarly enabled devices; Air Play mirroring and video out to Apple TV, video mirroring with adapter. Just thing what’s going on? iPhone 5s has lot of valuable features with numerous applications.  Apart from that, iPhone 5s includes slow-motion video capability, video stabilization, face detection, geo-tagging and ability to take still photo while recording. From our point of view that are the unique features as Moto X has records at up to 1080p (Full HD, 1920-by-1080-pixel resolution) at 60 frames per second with 4X digital zoom. But it supports only MPEG4, H.263 and H.264. On this aspect it can be said that iPhone 5s is advance undoubtedly. Moto X includes slow-motion video capability; face detection and geo-tagging but have no ability to take still photo while recording.

Voice Actions

Moto X has no sort of device or unique features for meeting this ‘Voice Action’ demand. But iPhone 5s is attached with Siri. Siri is undoubtedly the standout feature of Apple’s iPhone 5S. So much so, that we’re fairly sure that the feature is selling iPhone 5S handsets on its own, just because it makes for a hell of a demo inside an Apple Store. Voice Commands offers some of the same features that Siri sports, allowing users to send SMS messages, emails, set alarms and arrange for appointments to be added to a calendar. The app seems to understand what is asked of it at least as well as Siri does, though as is always the case your results will very much depend on which part of the world you are from.

Finally

So whether you choice Moto X or iPhone 5s, just think about the quality and unique features. Sometimes quantity of features is less important than uniqueness of feature. Just remind iPhone 5s has fingerprint sensor, slow-motion video capture, OpenGL ES version 3.0 and it support for higher-res gaming and most importantly free iWork apps. After comparing head to head, finally it is decided that Moto x place on behind iPhone 5s.
